Depending on your request, for example to customize a .liquid template, we may need access to your store backend.
WARNING
We will never ask for your personal backend credentials.
Access to your store backend is always through an Shopify collaborator account with minimal permissions. We will revoke collaborator access immediately after your request is resolved.
